I made an appointment over a week ago. When I came in, I was told it would take about 2 hours. I came in at 8:30am and didn't get the car back until 12 noon. Too long.

My husband brought my car in for service the intake individual was curt and rude. My husband had a scheduled appointment he was told to go sit in an office he asked if the person he was to meet was again me to which the intake person rudely told him go sit in the office . My husband waited 15 minutes until another employee asked him what was going on. We never had this experience before we don’t know who this person was but he was sitting out in the garage about 60 years old and had grayish white hair. My husband was very taken back by the rudeness and curtness.

I'm relieved that Vatland Honda could complete the repair of my Odyssey on Saturday so it would be available for Sunday.

Toby was able to work us in even though we just drove up. We had a small splash shield lose which needed to be replaced as it had been dragging.
