Mr Chandler miscommunicated the estimate. He had multiple opportunities to clarify, or bring new information about services. He seemed new at his position, so I gave him more time. When I found inaccuracy about the billing, he turned to the service manager for help. He then quickly resolved the problem.
During my visit, I discovered the role of several employees. Rennie-the voice and friendly secretary. Larry- the salesman from Miami. The Brazilian salesman. Mr Chandler- service department. The “unhappy” G.M. And the service dept mgr. As a former business owner, I understand the value of excellent customer service. It begins with a good attitude and example from the top. Build your base of customer service first. The renovation of the property can wait.

Being my first time for an oil change at Vatland with my Acura TLX, I was very impressed with everything. I was quite nervous not going to an Acura dealer with my vehicle, as this was my first time not doing so. I was completely comfortable with the assurance I was given and am very satisfied with everything!
From the moment I drop off of my Honda CRV, to the time I paid for service , John and the crew were very informative , professional and knowledgeable of what works for my vehicle and as the customer.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Jarrod has been as my service coordinator over the past 6 years. It’s my understanding he is taking a wonderful opportunity to expand his skills and move into a new role in management. I’m very happy for him and will miss him tremendously. When I called for service yesterday I was told Jarrod was not available and why. I mentioned that I would take my car to my old mechanic. Within the hour Jarrod had heard about this, called me, and arranged for me to come in this morning. This meant so much to me and I appreciate what he did so much. I have never liked or trusted dealerships and Vatland has been the only one I have ever stayed with for this long and it is primarily due to Jarrod’s care. I wish him the very best and am hoping to find a good fit for my new service coordinator so that I feel comfortable continuing at Vatland.

Advisor never arrived, and eventually someone else stepped in. Received a call from the Advisor who recommended additional services and wanted my date of birth to confirm which I was not comfortable with. I check out the bill had to be revised roughly 5 times due to service charges that were not performed. Very frustrating and time-consuming.
I have been doing business with Vatland for a little over 2 years. They have been accommodating and proficient in servicing my vehicle.
