The check engine light caused me to bring my car in for service. I understood that there would be $150 fee, but when nothing was wrong it would have been nice to have that reduced with a partial refund, perhaps $50 or $100.
The cause of the warning light was evaporation.
The bill did not make any sense to me and I feel I got things done that didn’t need to be done. I only have 25,000 miles on the car that I really need the transmission fluid. There is a filter that I was told was $33 but then labor was $45. They should’ve told me it was gonna be $80 cause I wouldn’t have done it and then at the end it says customer pay shop supplies for repair order $30. What the heck was that? I have never had this problem. I’ve been going to Vatland since I got my car there in 2019. I don’t know if I will come back. I am not happy and things don’t make sense to me.
