For the most part the service was good . When there was an error in replacing a part that caused my car brakes to lock up and spent a few hours waiting on the side of road was very frustrating. Had to have the car towed back Vatland .

I think John went above and beyond to try to solve a problem with my windshield wipers. He and his team figured it out. It wasn’t a problem with the wipers, my window was coated with something. When he told me, I told him we had our driveway sealed and we thought the wind may have blown some of the sealer onto my car. John then took the extra step to see if their detailer might be able to get it off. He was able to. I was very appreciative that he took that extra step and got it off the window for me.
Toby was very efficient and explained everything I needed to know.
