Mike was willing to ask others for help. And it was decided to evaluate my problem immediately. Rather than have me come back on another day For the analysis of the issue. Mike, knew that it was a warranty issue And so what cost me nothing when the part arrives?
Jarrod was very professional in the handling of my vehicle. He explained and showed me what the problem was. He also offered me a loaner for the day which was handled very well. Jarrod is very polite and has a very pleasant personality which makes for a very pleasant experience.
Guys....Michael was amazing...I pay more to come to your dealership to work with Mike. You would be best served promoting him as soon as possible. Mike has pedigree which lends itself to an amazing customer experience.
