John was very helpful. He provided timely status on the maintenance process. “Soft Sold” additional service options and ‘confessed’ his affiliation with the US Army. However, we Marines are quick to forgive.
All good Jarrod the service manager is great I came in for an oil change and told me the car needed other work done he explained why so I had the work done. I also talked to Lon Mowery and he is very friendly even though he was very busy they are both a credit to Vatland Honda
Toby provides excellent customer service. I had to jump my car. I drove to the Honda dealer and asked Toby if he could look at my car. Toby quickly diagnosed my car and determined I needed a new battery. Thank you Toby for replacing my battery and quickly getting me on my way. Great service!!!
Prices to high you try to push for new cars when things are so bad and did I don’t think I put on 8 thousand miles since last oil change. But the man that helped me was very nice I do think the cookies and coffee we are paying a lot for them.can’t come to this places any more.Thanks
