I felt very comfortable with him. My only disappointment was that he did not include the hand written explanation of what was suggested to be done that I understood ; the list on my receipt confused me. I had asked for list of most important. One he said was very important.
He took time to explain it to me, I just didn’t understand enough to remember.

$75 to replace air conditioner air filter is excessive. It takes 1 minute to replace. Everything else was fair
Mike is always great! He is a great communicator and does his best to stay on top of all the customers, vehicles, and techs! (Sometimes it gets really busy in there, especially this time of year, but Mike is always rushing around to make sure everyone is in the loop.
Plus he found my Stanley Cup after I left there without it and held it in his office for me. Much appreciated!

Contact with personnel was excellent. However, a warning light still came on the dashboard, so the problem wasn’t entirely solved. I will bring the car back today.

our Honda was fine until Saturday morning. The vehicle wouldn’t start Saturday morning. nothing worked in the car. I called roadside assistance and they sent a tow truck over and towed lt to Vatland. You will find it on your property. Call me. 772-321-3 39. Thanks.
