Blair is the reason I have brought my car to Toyota for service these last many years. Not only is he very trustworthy and nice, he has an in depth knowledge and experience with the functioning of cars. As I’ve noted previously, Johnstons’s is lucky to have him as an employee.

Jeff was the best part of the visit. Many other facets of the visit failed to impress, however. I have been a customer for two decades and I have seen a marked decline in adequate service. May I advocate for Jeff to elevate to service management? He has grand ideas about fixing this once-stalwart department to efficacy?

Made an appointment for tires, alignment, and oil change online. I received an email confirmation. Showed up at 9:30 am and was told they did not have an appointment scheduled for me. Was then told they would "fit me in". My truck was not finished until after 2pm and Cameron never told the mechanic that I wanted to keep the old tires. She is very nice but doesn't pay attention to detail. . She charged me incorrectly last time I was there and I had to make another trip from NJ.

Very satisfied with Kevin however when I scheduled the appointment to have remote starter keys reprogramed no one told me that the individual who does the reprogram wasn't going to be there until after 11am. The appointment was scheduled for 9am. The appointment was not scheduled thru Kevin m. Anyway I will have to make another appointment to return to get remotes programmed I hope after having these remotes for over a year now nonfunctioning.
