A mistake was made on my bill.
I trust the service on my vehicle. In fact, I drive past 2 other Toyota service departments to come to Puyallup. My last service, as I pulled in I was advised the service might take a little longer as the mechanics/technicians were a little behind. Knowing this helped me plan. Nice to know, pleasantly delivered.
Waiting area: looking forward to a good
machine made expresso. Machine was broken. Humm, staff drinking coffee…Sitting in the waiting area was so uncomfortably cold, I put my light jacket on as did my husband. I later got a blanket from the car as it was so cold. Bidenomics? Poor planning? Emergency coffee maker not available? Coffee run randomly by employee? Yes this is a small issue but it is considered full “service”. As I mentioned earlier, advised of a 30 potential of a 30 minute delay was told to me while I was driving in. The employee was professional and apologized. That’s service.

I was not kept up to date as to what was going on I waited 5 hours! When it appeared people were going home and went over to the service desk area asked Joseph who was sitting there if he was the night shift and then and only then he asked me what my name was and claimed that within the last 5-10 minutes here just received these two or three orders the shop Personnel went home the representatives all went home my wife and I and Joseph were there I have no idea how long would it been if I hadn't have gone over and asked not happy not happy at all.
My appreciation to Benjamin for all his assistance on a Saturday while I was stranded in the middle of a dog show.
They did not bend at all about covering a shock rear leak. I have 36000 miles on car. I am a repeat customer but will not be going forward. Lexus is so much easier to work with.

I've been a customer of yours since 1971, I'm happy with all the cars, service,and my Tundra. Not about to change after over 50yrs. Today was just what I have come to expect from Toyota of Puyallup. I'll be back for sure.
