The technician who serviced my Tacoma said we needed a new battery. I told them I would go back to the retailer I bought it from. I had it tested two times today - outside of Toyota if Puyallup and the battery was reported fine. The cold start was reported to be up to the max needed to run the Tacoma. I feel as though I almost paid for something that wasn’t needed by Toyota. Feels misleading. This isn’t the first time that I got information that was not accurate from Toyota of Puyallup.
He was very professional and easy to work with. Kept me well informed of what the costs would be for my vehicles maintenance. Friendly and professional.
The service was fine and they fixed the issue. But they didn’t put down a paper cover and got floor mats muddy

I've been trying to replace a tire under warranty and even left numerous messages. Even the service manager who peonise to call me back has not. Extremely poor customer service.
