Nic was great and I had a quality interaction with him from the moment I walked in the door. He was quick to greet me, my car was taken care of quickly and with care, and the service was even a little cheaper than quoted. Overall very positive experience and looking forward to my second service next month.

The technician who serviced my Tacoma said we needed a new battery. I told them I would go back to the retailer I bought it from. I had it tested two times today - outside of Toyota if Puyallup and the battery was reported fine. The cold start was reported to be up to the max needed to run the Tacoma. I feel as though I almost paid for something that wasn’t needed by Toyota. Feels misleading. This isn’t the first time that I got information that was not accurate from Toyota of Puyallup.
