Regardless, of the questionable discrepancies that came to be. Joseph Helm stepped up, without hesitation to make a favorable outcome for both Toyota Puyallup and most importantly us the customers.Ultimately, we will continue to bring our vehicles to Toyota Puyallup location for services that may be necessary to keep our vehicles mobile. 1) I was told the red light on my dash was the security system. Fine. But it has never flashed before and I have had the vehicle 3 years. Rebecca argued that point. 2) R.said test drive showed cruise control was fine. I said we need full diagnostic bc it might not show on test drive. Argued again. 3) Told orange cc light was due to sensor being dirty. I asked if tech cleaned the sensor. She said she didn't know. Asked to be shown sensor. She did not know but " guessed" where it might be. Argued when zi said the Toyota emblem was sensor. There's more...

I brought our RAV in to have it diagnosed as to why it is burning oil so profusely. I did not get any explanation as to why it is burning oil, no information about what diagnostics were performed; I only received a quote for a $7100 repair. I have contacted the Service Advisor to see if I can get more information.

The actual service was fine but my car ( Prius prime) was not put back on the same settings that I usually have it on. Maybe the settings I had it on should be noted and the mechanic could reset it when finished?
