Apparently, our car had been done for a while. I finally asked my husband to go check on what was going on because we had been waiting for a couple of hours. And when he checked on our car, it had been done and they just were so busy they were not able to get to us to let us know. That is unacceptable to make us sit and wait for no reason. We had an appointment and all that needed to be done. Was to have the seatbelt strap twisted back to normal. We purchased the vehicle and the seatbelt strap was twisted.

My car was supposed to be done at 4pm I called at 5pm and was told it would be the next day but if I wanted to I could come down at 6pm to wait to see if it was done but they but could mot if it would even be there. Had I knew that it was a possibility that it could take longer . It would not have turned down the rental car. I had to find a way to get to work the following day. Not to mention that my work things, my stethoscope was left in the car because I was told 4pm. So no I am not very happy with the service. They should have given me a call as soon as they knew it would not be ready. I hope in the future the service will be better. Sincerely Melonie S

I have headlights out on my car and the staff did not repair them as requested, this is the second time this has happened at your facility with my headlights, we will have to now find somewhere else to have them replaced or return again which is an inconvenience.

I was happy with the service. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I just dont under stand why my tires on my 2023 tacoma were aired down to 30 psI in one tire it was 29psi. I had to ask them not to touch my tire preasur last time I was in. I forgot to this time. When I brought it in before they were stained down to 32psi. The tire itself says 40psi 50psi max. Anyway not saying this makes my visit a bad experience or anything. Just thought it was weird. I couldn't have asked for a better visit otherwise. Was told it may take an hour and a half, but only took 45 mins. That's a pluss.

When I was returning a call, I was on hold for a very long time. I hung up and called again and it was answered. Also, I have a right rear taillight that is out that wasn’t caught. Apparently My husband noticed it was out last night.
