Everyone was great, the service was good from my experience. The service was scheduled by sales and ended up being a tire rotation and inspection. Which I would not have gotten up at 7am on my Saturday for. Ended up costing me 75 bucks because you don't change oil till 10K which would have been great to know ahead of time. The free oil change and inspection thing just feels like a scam can't say I'll be back.
There was a mix up in the queue for my service appointment. I was waiting almost 2.5 hours. The mistake was identified and service recovery accomplished with car washes. But, hopefully the error is corrected for the future.
Always professional and even though I dropped in with a tire pressure light problem, she explained it may be due to cold weather and I waited for my car to be fit in on a very busy Saturday. The tire pressures were a bit low, but no other issues. I was done quicker than I imagined. Thank you!

The price of a basic oil change and tire rotation has become way too expensive. I'm probably going to move my maintenance program over to my local car repair shop.
