Your service department. Only crtisim was I called several weeks before to make my appointment and asked for the hybrid battery filter to be changed. I was told they were in stock. Upon service that filter was going to have to be ordered. I drove over from Yakima for my service, so that doesn't help me.

She was honestl and sincere. She called me after i left to tell me that the technician who worked on my car forgot to put back the bolts. She apologized and gave me a coupon for car wash. Not happy because technician forgot to put the bolts, SAFETY

Chris? Chance? I can’t remember his name but his empathy and compassion made the 2 hour oil change a great experience still. He’s the red haired guy with long hair. Give that guy a raise for his efforts in work.
