I was asked if I wanted it washed, I responded “yes” since I was leaving it for the day, it was not washed. Bummer!

The svc was good on my car the customer svc was not good.my car was done i sat and watched my car sitting in front for 25 minutes and finally walked up to the svc desk and asked is my car done,I have been sitting watching my car not move.the lady who helped me responded I have been overwhelmed with work ...she was not overwhelmed she was too busy visiting and not doing her job taking care of her customer which was me..wasted time when I had thing's to do watching her not do her job!!
The actual mechanical service is always great. I pass two other Toyota dealers to get my car services here. The check out is great as is the coffee machine and “waiting room”. However your first impression, the check in desk, has progressive gone downhill. I know getting people to actually work is difficult in todays employment market. But, your people are slovenly, disrespectful, and slow.

I asked for my door hinges to be inspected as the doors have squeeked and become more difficult to open and close. I was told I needed to make an appt with some other part of your dealership. A written referal would have been of greater value than a verbal commentary as to the service dept inability to remedy the issue.
1hr 30 min simple oil change took 2hr 10mins. No update at anytime about what was taking so long or new time to be complete, until I complained. Meanwhile I watched 8-9 employees leave for a pizza party. I get it there are meetings but a very bad look when your running late not communicating with customers.
