I have had much, much better customer service each other time I have had my car serviced. My customer service person seemed to lack enthusiasm. Did not communicate with me as I have experienced in the past. I noticed my car done and in the parking lot lot long before I was finally contacted by my customer service representative. This is the first time my experience was on the negative side. Been having my car serviced for 10 years this year.
I was quoted a price for a service plan both verbally and via text and when I got there to purchase the service plan it was 100$ more than what I was quoted and they would not honor the price (even though I showed them the text). I was told the plan cost was raised in May of 22 and yet the conversation I had with your employee only was 2 weeks ago.
Just a really great atmosphere and really good people at your service department and parts department.
I’ve been to a number of places with other vehicles I owned, this is by far one of the best.
Don’t understand the statement about my information being lost in the change over.

Warranty should cover my expense.
Whoever helped my dad was completely rude towards him. And I never complain about anyone.

Was happy they ...the mechanics found the defect on the lift ..apparently it could of had a bad impact on the transmission..and that would not of been good..and costly...for what I had done .I'm very satisfied with the bill ...thanks everyone...
They installed a completely different style of tires than came with the truck. They never checked with me first but went with a much more aggressive tread style.

I have no complaints regarding the service to my truck that was performed. However, when I arrived for my appointment I was informed that they were approximately 1.5 hours behind schedule. It would have been great if I was called and informed of this, as I had to take time off of work for the appointment. I would of been happy to bring my vehicle in an a little later as to not have to sit around missing work unnecessarily.
It took 4 hr for an oil change and the last time I came it took 4 hr 30min for and oil change that is just way to long when you have an appointment you should not over book your appointments I will probably not be back
I appreciate that he provided prompt service. He reviewed the issue I brought the vehicle in for and also provided a quote for having my brakes done at my next oil change. Excellent service!
Didn’t not do my brake service correctly. Heard brake vibration and had to bring it back in to fix and wasted my time!!!
Had to retake the car back in do to didn’t not resurface the rotor bake service was not done right
