Except maybe the cashier, everyone who assisted me were amazing.
The service department associates were just excellent, as they seem to just know how to make you feel that at the moment that they are helping you, you are their most important customer.

. He helped us when my husband who is disabled had difficulty getting in the loner car.
Our car was washed, which I appreciate as we live in a Senior community and have no way to wash it.
By the way, when I arrived home and I turned the ignition off the dreaded low key battery came on!

I saw my truck parked up front after it was done for 45 minutes it just sat there. When my patients wore out I went to the customer counter to ask about my keys the gal was very rude saying “ I don’t know I only handle payments”. I eventually found the correct person to talk to and she figured out that my keys were just sitting on a co workers desk. Long story short it was a very frustrating 2.5 hour appointment.
Jessica was polite and professional during our encounter. She was also very helpful in answering my questions about this service and future services.

Haylee was great. Everyone else not so much. They are rude to customers and act like we are bothering them. My car was up front for 14 minutes before I had to walk up to the counter and ask for my keys. Better scheduling would be incredible!
As always, all of the staff was very polite, professional, and helpful. I appreciate that I never receive an ‘i don’t know’ answer to questions, but instead everyone seems to either give an answer or find one! Much appreciated.
