Knowledgeable, timely, and courteous thanks for keeping my car in top shape.
That is nothing against Jessica. She did really well. However, another agent seems as she refused to assist me and ignored me until Jessica helped. The same agent did the same thing when I came to check on the car. I was told the car would be done in 1.5 hours, but it was done until 2 hours later. That was the first time I experienced this and I hope it would be the last time.
Done on time work was ok but wished they had washed the car after spending 2 k on repair
I had my car's 120k miles service. I did not get the typical full inspection report that usually comes with it. The one that shows fluid levels, tire pressures, tire threads, brakes conditions, etc.
Aaron was amazing! He was very helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make sure everything with my car would be taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

This oil change took almost 2 hours, longest time since I’ve experienced since I started having our vehicles serviced at Toyota of Puyallup, purchased at same.
I rely on the inspection report to maintain my wife’s 4 runner, didn’t receive a printout? Have lost confidence in Toyota of Puyallup.
Have an appointment on April 22 for my Tacoma, if service is as disappointing as today’s, I will have service at a competitive company.

The service on my vehicle had not been completed yet which was nothing to do with Rebecca. It has taken a few weeks to fix the problem with not much communication until Alexis reached out the other day for follow up. The dealership/ vender also lost the fob which was replaced. This whole process which I thought would take a couple days has know been weeks. Thank you to Alexis, our sales rep for touching basis with us.

I didn't get a report on any of the inspection. Just the page of the free oil change. I know my tires were rotated because I marked them. My black center caps are staring to flake off the paint from the rotations. Not sure if that is something that is avoidable.
Service was very busy he took me to his kiosk right away and was extremely helpful
