Still awaiting an answer about engine recall? Ive heard nothing.
I waited for 31/2 hours, usually have great service and get in and out.
Courteous, attentive, polite and answered all my questions.
Andrea checked on any recalls at my request and I have an appointment to bring the car back to take care of that recall.
However I don’t recall addressing the recommendations. I reviewed those at home and will schedule an appointment to get that taken care of.
Overall she did a great job.
Kennedy was totally fine, but the work the service techs did was not done properly and a part of the bed cover as broken, either from the beginning or during the instal. She is not at all to blame for the issues and assured me she would get it corrected.
Straightforward and fast. Pleasant transaction.

Jacob was great. The other staff members however working the service counter were loud and giggling telling stories as they tell customers waiting at the counter “we’ll be right with you”. Immature and unprofessional. Not Jacob though. Very professional and helpful.

Very thoughtful and proactive in addressing my needs. I had a couple of potential service items that he conveyed were not needed at this time.
I was late for my appointment but Elizabeth was very understanding. She worked with her supervisor and dispatcher to work me into the schedule and I was able to get my car back in only a cooler of hours.
Had two issues after receiving our vehicle back after 5 weeks, but Rebecca took care of them for us. Her professionalism is a good asset for you. Gary & Jan Hamilton
