Didnt wash car..second time this happened. Didnt fill wiper fluid ..tire pressure was way off ..made me question if they even changed the oil.
Had an issue on my 2011 RAV4. Wouldn't start one morning and tried again later in the day and it started. Didn't feel comfortable with that. No codes appeared. Let your technician do a diagnostic on it to figure it out. Couldn't come up with any just guessed. But I was charged with the diagnostics. I'm at the same stage I started at. Diagnostics is finding the problem and they couldn't and I still payed. I won't be coming back.
Shouldn’t take 4 hours for a 35,000 miles service.

I think the work that was done is really good. I am not pleased with the information provided. Initially I. Allied and scheduled this appointment for several things. The price I was quoted for was less than what I paid at check out. I got a cool and flush that cost me about $45 plus dollars more than what I was originally quoted for. Again, the service is quality work, but I think the clarity on price per job needs to be better. I am currently overseas and my wife is the one that brought the vehicle for scheduled maintenance.

I have had Toyota's for for over 40 years. I like the product they produces and Have always had good service from every Toyota dealer. In my opinion your one of the best. Nicolas does his job very well. you should be proud of all your employees
The seat position was way off, head light setting was changed from auto to off which I later realized at night time.
