For the second appointment in a row the technician neglected to reset the service counter. I’ve since received a text message and phone call regarding my need for service.
This may seem inconsequential to you but it’s frustrating to have the alert every time I turn the car on. Coming back to your dealership is less than convenient let alone the annoying follow ups.
It used to be that one could count on Toyota of Puyallup to provide stellar service. Do better.

Nic is an asset for your company. He is friendly, helpful , kind and understanding. It was a breath of fresh air to have such a great experience, no one wants a dead battery and the idiot light on about your all wheel drive being turned off and only able to go 15 mph to get to puyallup Toyota. Your whole crew was once again pleasant, friendly and nice. Nic took me under his wing got right on getting my issues fixed and saw my car was not mine for very long and got me a battery an electrical health check and got me home for dinner! Thanks again

I thought Jessica was one of the best customer service tech I've dealt with until I left the dealership.on my way home, I discovered that the sticker listing when the next service is due was missing so I went back
I left again and then I discovered that my phone was disconnected from the vehicle and couldn't get it connected again. So I turned around again and went back to get that fixed.

Rich the service manager went above and beyond to get my 4Runner repaired by Toyota warranty. I’ve watched him work the service counter, manage employees, jump in to help and also take the time to make sure everyone is being taken care of. My dad was a service manager for O’Brien Auto Group for 35 years and I know he rarely got credit for doing these sort of acts but rich reminded me of that type of hands on service manager.
I was asked if I would like my car to be washed and I said yes but my car was not washed when it was returned.
