The customer gets an up charge for ‘stuff’ the mechanic uses..rags etc….come on….lets see how much we can inflate..I’ll charge this customer $20..this one $50….
Quote a price..honor it….increasing your profit with these ‘misc’ use items…that’s your cost of doing business. You’ve already built in a profit margin, rounding up labor, parts profit etc….what has happened to Toyota of Puyallup?
