The service at the desk by the gentleman was great, he was very Courteous and explained everything well. However, I think it is crazy that I had to pay 180.00 for a diagnostic to tell me everything was ok on my car and the check engine light was coming on because the car was not driven quite enough to keep the battery up to full. But then to also have to pay 150.00 to do the update on my cars system is ridiculous. The car is only 3 years old so that just felt crazy to me to pay 363.00 with absolutely nothing wrong with my car. Not very happy about all of that.
Hi , with a handicap placard in the window you always park it in the farthest spot from the exit door , every time I have been there, with empty spaces by the door.

Communication was lacking. I waited for hours to get information about the diagnosis of the problem with my vehicle. I also waited for hours to learn that my car was ready for pick up. I also received very different quotes for the cost of repairs.
After waiting an hour in waiting room I was informed an incorrect part was ordered and my work would need to be rescheduled once the correct part came in. My schedule just happened to be flexible that day, otherwise I would have been extremely upset to be inconvenienced that way.
I was informed regarding a piece that was not correctly installed until later when it should have been done earlier
Logan is very good man you are lucky to have this man working for the Toyota
