I paid a rather high fee to track down a problem with a usb connector, only to be told that, yep it’s broken, and given a very large bill for an unspecified repair. The lack of specific information suggests to me that the diagnosis was only cursory and the repair estimate a bit of creative financing. The whole thing felt like a shake down. I will count the diagnostic fee as the cost of a lesson and seek other remedies to get CarPlay working again.

She was very professional, welcoming and inviting. Rebecca was knowledgeable about my car, the process for dropping off and being called with findings. She called me as soon as the diagnostics were done and went over the information and was able to answer all of my questions. This was my first experience at the dealership- I will be back.

Excellent customer service
Nick was very blunt and rude the first time I spoke with him. I asked him to do the upcoming oil change while the e-brake issue was being fixed and he did not. Also the RO stated that I said there were multiple warning lights on the dash. False, I clearly stated there were never any warning lights.Isabella helped me upon pick up of my vehicle and gave me the warm feeling I received when I leased the vehicle originally. She was prompt and had a sense of urgency. I will only deal with her from here on.
