I love my Highlander and love Toyota of Puyallup - but it is taking longer than ever to get an appointment and once there it is taking longer than ever to complete. Scheduling an appointment is now Alma month out. Once there it takes an hour and 45 minutes to complete. Not sure if this is due to staffing, but it makes me want to explore other options.
Ms. Bridges was professional and helpful. I am disappointed that the punch cards for oil changes has gone away. I am not willing to prepay for service.
