The service was great! But not happy that you do not have Saturday walkins anymore. If our vehicles say maintenance soon and the vehicle started to rattle and the next appointment is until 2 months later. Then the vehicle is going to mess up/break down. Then it's going to cost us customers more money. Then we will have to go else where. Toyota should have technicians for oil changes only for walking on Saturday first come first serve. For all other repairs makes appointment. VERY UNFAIR TO US CUSTOMERS THAT ONLY NEED A QUICK OIL CHANGE!!!

I came in with a coupon.they took it but didn't give methat price until the third time they told me what I owed .here's the kicker they were supposed to rotate the tires and told me they had but I know for two separate reason why they did not . It makes me wonder what else they said they did that wasn't done? Very disappointed in being lied to by toyota of puyallup. I truly expected so much more.
Service was good actually but my vehicle sustained damage (rear bumper scraped) from an impact onsite. Joseph was exceptional during our discussion regarding the repairs at no cost which I will schedule soon. Joseph acted in the most appropriate way as a Toyota representative.
In addition, I am very satisfied with my experience overall.
