When the service was completed and our car was returned to us the glove box was dislodged and in the footwell of the passenger side. It was the end of day so I am guessing the service techs were in a hurry and didn't check to make sure it was reinstalled properly. They were able to fix it before we left but it made us question how much attention they put on our service if they were in a hurry. Unfortunate to have to worry about if the service was done properly or not.

Today was a great day, all my needs were met and with a smile. Great bunch of guys there (and gals). Nick was very professional and thorough and went above and beyond his duties. I had an appointment for 10:30 and I waited in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours! I saw everyone that came in after me, leave before me. Also, the mechanic noted that my brake fluid had dot 3 and dot 5 in my brake fluid which I know is totally false because my husband is the one that put brake fluid in, and he knows for a fact that he did the right fluid.

Chance explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. My only issue was that Puyallup Toyota wasn’t washing cars today. If others receive that service when they come in, then I should, too.

I’m very unsatisfied with the poor level of service you guys provided. I brought my vehicle in to get chip protection installed, and you guys left a big scratch on the top of the hood that runs from left to right along with with few other small scratches in other spots, I hope that a manager will contact me to take care of this issue soon. Otherwise I will have to seek legal assistance.
