Had an appointment, hour half wait . Tire rotation with wash. Watched my truck sit for 20 min, while watch 8 people walk in and walk out. I don't mind waiting but when I make appointment I expect first come first serve. Any way I asked about my truck cause I saw it not moving and asked to reschedule.
I appreciate the prompt service on my RAV4. I am very satisfied with it and your dependability. I don’t know if I’m gonna do the survey. I kind of don’t like having respond every customer service program I deal with it’s a real nuisance but we’ll see if I Fill it out. Thanks again for your good program.

I literally had an appointment, for oil change and recall .. it took 4 HOURS. Nobody told me the time until I asked 2 hours in and they said it would be done within 20 minutes. It took an hour and thirty minutes longer. I didn't bother them because I knew that wouldn't make them move faster but I never would have thought an oil change and some update recall would take 4 hours. Unacceptable

I arrived for my oil change appointment, and the service advisors were very busy, which required me to stand and wait to be helped. The service advisors for “other than oil changes” didn’t have any customers at their stations. There were 3 or 4 of them standing around, goofing off. There was 1 that was sitting at his station eating a donut. One of the service advisors asked if I was there for an oil change, and I said yes. Their reply was “you’re in the right spot.” After awhile, I was finally approached by Jessica Tulloh, who offered to help me at her station. She was very helpful, and did a great job. It was recommended that I replace my tires, and I was given an estimate to replace them. Based on my experience, I made the decision to go elsewhere for new tires. Also, I will not be back in the future for any services.
I thought my 5K appointment included an oil change. If I would’ve known it didn’t, I would’ve paid to have it done.
I will always take my truck there ..however there were two black marks on my headliner I wasn't to crazy about. Maybe from a dirty hat ?
