My headlights were adjusted to low they are pointing down towards the street which resulted in a very dangerous 32 mile drive home for my wife and me. I need my lights readjusted so I can see in front of me, and please assure me your techs have the right equipment. I don’t have time to waste and would appreciate this can be fixed tomorrow while I wait. I can stop in tomorrow at 2pm and expect to be out by 3pm. Advise please. Thanks

I was there 3.75 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection for axle welds when I had an appointment. As a mechanic of thirty years this is excessive. I worked for dealerships 15 years and currently employed with the state. Even after my vehicle was parked out front, I had to go and see them at the desk as it been sitting there for almost 10 minutes Better scheduling and customer service
Plain and simple it was the estimated timeline that I was given on how long my vehicle will take to be completed. I made an appointment at 0800 got told I will be on the road at 1000 ( which to my opinion was definitely to long just to install tires but I figure that was a standard time)but didn’t actually get my vehicle till 1100. Because of this extra hour of inconvenience I had to alter other timelines throughout my day that wouldn’t have been necessary if I was given a better time frame to begin with.
My car was under recall and fix was estimated free of charge but I end up paying $300 for that fix.
I’ve always been more than satisfied w service I get from you. Customer service is excellent consistently.

The Toyota of Puyallup Service Dept is as good as automotive service gets! Expert ASM’s and Technicians who are managed by the very best Service Manager in the Pacific Northwest. I feel very fortunate to have such high-quality service available locally!

The Tacoma I purchased a week ago has a “very annoying” wiper noise. I was told that there is nothing that can be done. I’m not a happy customer!

You guys didn't figure out the problem with the car. It has a hesitation when you are going up a hill or , taking off from a stop. Doesn't do it all the time. It is a problem. We will be coming back with the carif it keeps happening.
Advised we needed a service which actually wasn't required for our vehicle waste of our time for nothing poor communication from people who are supposed to know about My vehicle disappointed
