I was not informed on the status of my truck, it was not delivered when I needed it. I called to say the light came on when I left with my truck and she said it will go off, I told her it did not, no calls from the dealer. First day I used my truck after the service was performed, the low washer fluid light came on, who does not add washer fluid during a service.

I have serviced my nissan with you approximately 90% of the time it has needed serviced. I have never had any issues with the service department although the service advisors change frequently. Why is that?
JT is an excellent service rep. He did everything he said he would do and resolved my issue with my truck. Will do all my service here!

Amanda was fantastic! We had several issues with our lease to buy paperwork. Amanda was a delight throughout it all. She went the extra mile to come to our house twice. She was very understanding and felt bad about all the inconvenience. We were at ease throughout, because we knew she was doing her best to make it right for us and that meant a lot.
