It took about an hour and half for an oil change. I really think if you would let customers make appointments for oil changes, your clients would be much happier. This was my first time at this garage as I recently purchased a new car from you. I hope this is not typical of time it takes for an oil change. The guy at front desk signing people in, on the other hand, was very nice, helpful, polite and genuinely caring about all the customers needs. He deserves special recognition for a job well done.

Wait Amanda ??? I thought her name was Ami … I hope I haven’t been calling her the wrong name !! Well she is the only lady in the service department and she always is upfront and knowledgeable. Thanks for taking great care of us and I appreciate her service. Gets me in and out in a timely manner so I can get the volleyball girls to their practice. Thanks again. Bottom line, highly recommend 10/10.

Amanda was great and took care of me. I did come out this morning and my Frontier would not start when I pushed the button. The dash would light up, but the engine would not crank. I pushed the button about 3’times and nothing happened. Finally it cranked over and started. Maybe the key fob battery is low.

I didn’t like that the service person told me it would be $1700. to replace the switch… not looking at my car mileage, or checking to see if it’s still under warranty. When my car was serviced the bill was $175.. a long way from $1700. I didn’t like the way he was so quick to quote me a price what because I’m a female or to discourage me. Now this makes me think twice if after my warranty if I will have any service done here. I feel I will be over charged..

They same thing is wrong with my vehicle that was wrong when I dropped it off. Very disappointed. Took longer than expected because I was told the parts were not ordered. I paid to get the issue I had fixed and I still have a car that I cannot use. Can someone help me besides telling me you will call me back?
