My auto has only been serviced by your dealership. I came in today because my auto was sluggish and sputtering. The service tech informed me of two possible causes. Both of which she said were overdue. I've never serviced my auto anywhere else and was at the dealership within the last 30 days. No prior recommendations were ever made. My expectation is that the service techs will make recommendations to keep an auto running properly. But such recommendations have not been made to me. I've been a loyal customer for years and have remained loyal thru the years even during three changes of dealer ownership. There are 2 (now 3) competitor Nissan Dealerships that are closer to my residence. I expect and epuld appreciate loyalty and honest recommendations from the dealership I trust to service my auto.

Waiting for oil change brakes and rotors receive the car has stains on the crane seats. Took it back. They detailed interior no issues no problems. Everyone makes mistakes is how we fix them and Bobby did a wonderful job taking care of that for me.
The charge of $177 for seeing what was wrong with my trunk lid was preposterous and done without asking me. I will not use your services again. I paid without complaining, but I was very disgusted. The service man told me what was wrong when I came in and then I was charged $177 to tell me the same damn thing. Do you think that’s preposterous?
