The repair is complete and the car is running great. My concern was the lack of communication and an unfulfilled request. I didn't receive any calls about the car repair. I had to initiate every contact with the service department. When I finally got a hold of TJ he seemed overwhelmed and unsure of what or when the repair would be completed. I wasn't concerned if it took a week (which it did) I just wanted to know a timeline. To get information I drove to the dealership on Friday, 7/21 to get an update. I asked twice to also get an oil change and TJ said yes it could be done and it wasn't. I am thankful the car is fixed but the communication was poor and the whole situation was unorganized. If the oil change couldn't have been completed I would have made another appointment.
Joshua was very attentive, customer service oriented and he explained the process in detailed.
Oil change was fine, but at $95 compaired to the $49 you used to charge for the same service i will not be back for an oil change.

Bobby went above and beyond to correct the unfortunate wreck of my car and repair of my air conditioner. Haven’t had any long term driving since picking it up. Time will tell. But looks good thanks for fixing it right with factory parts. It’s a low mileage and very well maintained and great looking car. I’m surprised no one from management talked to me. Thank you Bobby good job ????.

I was Surprised on the price increase for oil change. With taxes I paid $97. I'll anticipate excellent service and attention to detail for this cost.
Our situation was complicated with our daughter having her keys stolen while on vacation. Everyone was so kind and helpful as we took care of things from afar and over the phone.
