Amanda was good disappointed with tech but they were busy. Oil change tires rotated etc. Left with little air pressure. Went back, Amanda was on it however I was made to wait over 20 minutes just to get pressure back in my tires !!! I had already Been there and waited for my service no problem I expected to wait. Was disappointed waiting on my return for air.
My service Manager did a great job, she called me by name and got my truck checked out.

I was unhappy about the lack of communication from JT! I would call and leave messages and I would not get a return call! I would email and not hear back! Then he told me he would call me everyday …which was an unrealistic expectation! All I wanted to know was the status and he could never even tell me he had no idea! I got better communication from Bobbie! But he would ask JT to call me and it would still be days to hear from him! I kept a log of when I called and emails I sent! At one time it was over a month and I had to initiate the call again! To give good customer service is to communicate honestly! Never over promise…but under promise and over perform!!! WOW the customers!

She said the check would take an hour or less, then she would contact me. After 2 hours I called, no answer. After 2 1/2 hours the receptionist told me she was busy with a customer. After 3 hours, she was still with a customer so I picked up my car. If I can’t even get a return call I’m not trusting you to fix my car. I paid $172 dollars for scribble on my receipt explaining the service that was allegedly provided. I can only assume that your mechanics perform like your service agents, so I’ll pass. Her name was Ami.
Bobby was very thorough and communicated every step of the process. Even got a car wash. Kudos
