Amanda was great! She was the only person to greet me when I came through the customer service door. Service was quick and an easy to schedule. The only improve I see is a clean car after service. I get a free wash when I take my Honda for service.

usually when I take my car to service department from my previous cars, if I was in need of a air filter or something with the brakes. The service person will come out and explain these things to me and asked if I would like to have those things done while the car was there, I was not asked if I would like to have the filter replaced. I was told that it was needed at 20,000 miles which Nissan suggested remind you I brought the car in with 25,000 miles so this should’ve been offered to me today very dissatisfied with that service . Why should I have to wait until next service

I asked my service writer a question why the service was so much. Her response was, life is expensive. A simple explanation was all I was asking for, nothing more.

I don't believe my tires were actually rotated, which I paid for. Reason being is that I had a tire that was 2 lbs lower than the rest. Was in the same spot when I received my vehicle back.
I will be in touch with the Nissan corporation to explain why you kept my car for 5 weeks and I had to find the parts that you said was bad. Ever since I took the car to you things started to fall apart I had you change the oil in the city after that is when things started to discentergreat,I will take it to a different dealership and see what was done and why I'm having all the trouble
