Mrs. **** is an outstanding service technician advisor amongst the gentlemen service tech advisors at the dealership. I’m back in the dealership the very next day to get additional services needed for the maintenance of my vehicle that my service tech informed me that was needed. Today, Fri. Sept. 29, 2023, Amanda saw me standing in line her line and said Erick give me your keys and take a seat ????. It’s nice to have a good relationship with the company you’re doing business with. 5 stars to Mrs. Amanda ****!!!

For starters, it took you guys months to finally decide to warranty my vehicle. That should have been taken care of a long time ago back in JUNE. There is no reason I had to go through Nissan Affairs and deal with that crap. For 2.) when you did finally decide to warranty my vehicle you all claimed that the part was ordered but when I called to check nobody seemed to know what the part was that was supposed to be ordered or what I was talking about. I then received a call that the part was ordered but upon coming in it was the wrong part. Then the part finally did come in and I called to schedule and was told I could bring it in on a certain day, receive a loaner vehicle to drive to liberty and back and have different things done on the car as well. When we showed up to swap vehicles, the service team had no clue what I was talking about, said I was down on the schedule for a different day that had already passed that I told you all I COULD NOT do and there was not a loaner ready which made me late for my appointment. Everything was done on my car when I returned which is the only positive experience I had throughout the adventure. Overall, I am not very satisfied with the service team at Reiselman Nissan. I also had a hard time ever getting people to call me back which is frustrating as well.
I am tired of waiting on a part to come in. It’s been 4 months and my car isn’t comfortable. It is frustrating to pay $445/mo on a car that is newer and thus shouldn’t be an issue.

Windshield was replaced and windshield was installed in a most timely manner
This is a serious repair and I have had issues with poor installation on previous windshield replacement that is why I decided to take no chances and have it professionally installed with e dealership
