I hate an oil change & my fob battery replaced. The lady I dealt with was very friendly, professional, & helpful.
My app was at 10 am & it was nearly 12 noon before I left. This was quite a long time for an oil change. The coffee was good & I enjoyed dreaming about a new car. I love, love my Juke & this dealership has changed 3 times & I have never had a concern with any employee. Thank you for asking my opinion.

1 1/2 hours to do the job, as Bobby said it would, perfection again.
I had made the comment that I’m new to Nissan for servicing however I was not shown where to wait. I waited in the showroom, where I saw some chairs. Is there another main waiting area? I have the free oil change for 3 years or 36k but I’m not sure what comes with the oil change? Tire rotation, multi point inspection, top off fluids? I got the text of what was done but really no explanation. Just a little bit more feedback or communication of what to expect would have been appreciated. Thanks
Never got a call back when my truck was finished. Also they never reset my time or put my settings back the way I gave it to them. Highly disappointed and now I will be sending my business to Hendricks
He was great to work with. The tech wasn’t able to see the issue but he kept working on the problem to find another solution.

I have had to replace the battery in my Nissan Armada 4 times since i have owned it. Each time the vehicle is inspected with no root cause found. The service team advised that I should drive it more, I average 14,500 miles a year, not really an answer to the root cause, whether there is a slow drain on the system or the supplier of the battery is sub-standard. Either way, my wife and I are seriously considering trading the car in and reevaluating our long support of Nissan, our house has had 12 nissan vehicles over the many years. Currently there is a class action investigation regarding this problem with many forums detailing that the sensor on the negative terminal (which was designed to regulate the alternator to help with fuel economy) does not perform as expected.
