I brought my car in due to a check engine light and I paid $175 diagnostic fee. I was advised to replace the spark plugs which cost $531. I replaced the spark plugs and the check engine light came back on later that day.
I brought my car back the next day and then, I was told I needed new catalytic converters for $5900.
I paid $531 for spark plugs and a diagnostic fee, but my car still has a check engine light.
I think I should receive a refund of the $175 diagnostic fee since my car still has the check engine light
