Bobby was great! Called because of noise Bobby said come on in now! Big relief. I was afraid it was my transmission due to Mileage 210k!!!! Was a wheel bearing . From start to finish even with diagnostic test out in 2hrs and 15 min. Thank you for taking care of a long time regular. My husband recently past and Iwas scared and wasn’t sure how long it would be before I got in. Car maintenance is new to me. Thanks again for making my car safe to drive .

Originally after I called a couple time I finally got hold of her and she said the issue was with the battery and it was not. Then she also said I was part of enterprise fleet which I was not. Then after calling her a few more times, she left me a message say the engine needs replaced and I still could not get hold of her after that to follow why the engine needs to be replaced. Finally I had to drop off head rests and mats for the vehicle because I got a new fleet vehicle and all she could say was that there were metal particles in the engine and that she’s having the same problem with a few other customers .so when it goes from one end of the spectrum to the other, it’s hard to believe.
Did my oil change and used a coupon you sent me to lower the cost by $40.

Not a fun thing to put a transmission in a car, however, Bobby was upfront and quoted me a decent price. And then came in under his original quote. Part was in stock, and got the job done in two days. I drove in from out of town, so that was crucial so I could get back home.
Hard to diagnose a problem that intermittently presents itself. Lucky to have good expertise.
