Outstanding staff true professionals
Was there for over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. No one came to the waiting room to let me no that it was ready. I had to go find out myself. I told them that I had a piece of window trim molding on the rear passenger door loose and they said that they’d take care of it and they didn’t.
This is as not anything on Jamie, but I made my appt on Monday for last Friday and I got there, dropped off and got a ride to a restaurant to work and then I got a call saying the tires were not in stock. I don’t understand why no one called me before I took the time to drive over that day if they weren’t even in stock. So they ordered them and told me to come back Monday, which I did and my car was there all day on Monday on a holiday when I had things to do. I had to make other arrangements for my kids to have rides, etc. it was just frustrating it all happened this way.
The service completed and the folks I spoke with were all great. My complaint is that the inside of my car was covered in oil/grease from the technician(s) not properly washing their hands. My vehicle is kept very clean and it was upsetting to have to clean my car after taking it to a certified Nissan dealer for an oil change that cost over $100. The outside of my vehicle is also kept perfectly clean and toweled dry to prevent water spots but the car was returned after what I assume was a quick rinse which left it absolutely covered in spots and looking much dirtier than when I arrived. I appreciate the thought of giving it a quick wash but maybe ensure it is dirty before accidentally making it much worse.
