Ami is super helpful and very knowledgeable. She is always nice. I love to see her every time I visit the service department.
It took entirely too long for a simple oil change. The poor lady Amy working the service counter was awesome considering the situation she was thurst into with no help. When you have an appointment it should not take over two hours for service.
