The Service Manager on numerous occasions does a great job with his team and providing an overall positive experience. This time he was in the drivers seat and was leading be example. Nicely done!

I don’t enjoy having to immediately return my vehicle to the dealer, after just having maintenance preformed, because of a check engine light coming on as we are driving home from the dealership! It makes me question the reliability, safety and quality of the work that was supposedly just done. As you might guess, I am not pleased with today’s work.

I do not feel like I am valued as a customer. I feel like I’m put on the defense to receive what seems like I should be offered rather than what seems like your dealership’s main concern is getting that almighty dollar. I am not a happy customer, as you can imagine.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation was complimentary so I requested it be done too, but when I came to pick my car up, I was informed the tires had NOT been rotated... Some excuse about a 1/32 difference blah, blah, blah...
Honestly, I want my tires rotated every 5,000 miles which is when I get my oil changed so the excuse was lost on me. I also never received the inspection report I've always received in the past so I don't know if anything else was looked at, i.e. washer fluid, transmission fluid, wipers, etc. In fact, last oil change I was told that my brake fluid was dirty and needed changed but never a word about it this time... No, I haven't had it changed so why no mention this time? For a $100 oil change, I think everything should be done to full satisfaction every time! I'll go to Jiffy Lube for this level of service next time and save myself money!! I've always been happy with Reiselmann in the past, but this visit left a very bad taste in my mouth... Since they chose to not perform a requested service, I had to go to Discount Tire to rotate my tires which added an additional hour to my schedule. Won't be back. ????
