Driving into the garage was very smooth and I was welcomed by a gentleman who confirmed my appointment and another gentleman took the car away. I was extremely pleased with Matt and his professionalism, and his good ability to communicate with me.
It took from 1pm until 3:20 pm to change A TIRE! When I got my car back it was all GREACY AGAIN!!!!!! Twice in a row!!!!! I asked an hour and 10 minutes into my service for an update and just about got my face ripped off for asking! An AJ - he never even entered my warranty info into the computer when I bought the car. Don’t even get me started on him!!!! He has single handedly pissed my husband and I off while buying our new cars like 5 times now and caused us once to buy elsewhere!!! Looking at other Toyota dealerships to do business with. Service is awful! If it wasn’t for a man named Quinton, we wouldn’t have bought our last 2 cars here. As far as I’m concerned, he is the thread holding you together!!!

Oil change took too long. Also,checked oil level once I got home and appears low by at least one quart.

I was there for over two hours to get my oil changed. Appointment was at 8:15. I do not understand how you can overbook so badly that an hour and 15 minutes after you open you are so far behind that wait times are completely unacceptable. Once my Toyota Care ends, I will likely never return to Germain Toyota for any type of service. Zac was fine as a service advisor.
Chris was fantastic and was great with delivering the news after inspection. Will keep coming back.

Chris is very friendly and a good adviser to customers like me. I don't have any auto technical knowledge and as I have explained it many times I always depend on his advice and guidance.
Service was fine once it was completed. A two hour wait for an oil change when 8 scheduled the appointment a week ago was not ok. Services are clearly being overbooked.
