Seems like it takes too long for an oil change. Know other things are checked. Until recently it only took an hour. Now an hour and a half.

Received advice to have $2,000 worth of work done with no mention of the tsb issue I brought the car in for. Initial statement said "could not confirm" noise I'd been hearing for weeks. Had to ask for them to take it out again. Had to ask the same
questions multiple times to get clear answers.
To wait 3/1.5 hours just for oil change is not acceptable German heads they need to see what is going on you going to start losing lots of customers I don't want to come back waiting that long
