This time I was greeted when I pulled my car into the service bay and escorted inside in a very polite and professional manner. The last several times that has not happened. He told me where to wait until someone could get to me which happened quickly. I was actually greeted this time and taken care of quickly and politely. The “people” approach was much better than it has been in a long time. Thank you for the notable changes.

For the first time I was definitely disappointed in the service I received. I had a appointment at 7.30am and wasn't able to get my vehicle until 12pm.i was told by the service representative that I had a check in appointment with her, because I dropped my vehicle off, and they had to work it in. She told me it was like a doctors appointment,I was very disappointed with my service.
1. I had to wait around 3 hour and 15 min just for an oil change. Why we need an appointment?
2. He asked me $150 to inspect windshild Sprayer. Just to chech the problem not to fix
I explained the issues with my truck and the only thing that was fixed was the replacement of one piece. My running boards and compass haven’t worked since I first got my truck and I was told the compass was fixed today after I waited 4 hours in the waiting room after my appointment time started and then once I drove away I noticed the compass wasn’t working… Teresa assured me that it was fixed… the tech who worked on my truck didn’t fix it but told her it was fixed. I’ve been to Toyota 4 different times for them to fix my running boards and they still aren’t fixed… pretty upset about that…. I paid extra for that option and it doesn’t work and then something simple like my compass still doesn’t work… in a 2023 truck that cost almost $70,000…. So no I am not satisfied with my truck purchase so far… other than all of that, Teresa was very nice to be honest, it had nothing to do with her… I’m just upset that I expect these things to work when I pay what I pay for a truck and months and months later they still aren’t fixed… my running boards literally haven’t worked since I drove the truck off the lot and it seems like Toyota doesn’t care at all… pretty upsetting… if it was you paying for it you’d feel the same way I’m sure……
