After purchasing a certified 2020 four runner in absolutely mint condition we completed our first service and all the wheel caps were removed with channel locks and damaged. Due to COVID supply issues we were finally able to get a set of replacement caps. During the 60 thousand miles till we received our new caps unfortunately the service techs also continued to damage our hubs. Upon inspection of the new caps 3 out of four were already scratched up. Chris Curtis has been a wonderful assistant service manager dealing with the lack of attention in the garage and getting our repair addressed. I had just purchased a new extended service plan right before receiving the vehicle back with the new caps that were damaged. Unfortunately the head service garage manager was not in his office or in-house yesterday to address the issue. Even with his back being injured right now Chris came out and checked the entire vehicle witnessed the damage and dealt with things very professionally. We were expecting a call today from the service manager. Thanks
Chris provided me with outstanding customer service. He noticed my military veteran license plates and provided with a 10% discount for such. He was awesome. Make sure he takes care of his back.
