The checkin document clearly said it would be 69.95 and then claimed it was 89.95. I have been a loyal service customer since 2005. Not cool to do a bait and switch....and then play dumb and say that was the code not the dollar amount. Very disappointed.

Mahogany was great, right down to business! Only issue I noticed was the windshield got some sort of filmy residue on it that wasn’t there before. Wiper fluid wasn’t able to clean it off so I had to stop at a store and get some window cleaner.

Too many hidden charges apart from the quote I received over the phone. When asked for a quote, PLEASE give the total amount so a customer can be prepared.

My vehicle took 2 1/2 months to get fixed. within that 2 1/2 months. I had to call myself for updates. I talked to the service department a total of about 5-6 times. With probably 20 of my calls and voicemail’s Un answerd I don’t thing the service department answered one of my phone calls come to think about. I understand that my repair was extensive. And not typical for your department. The only time they ever called me back or returned my call was when I talked to the lady at the front desk. The repair is done. I hope it holds up. I just feel the communication from the service department was horrible. Everything was satisfactory due to the circumstances.
