I had to cancel an appt but was able to quickly reschedule with an earlier appt. They took my car quickly and the service was completed in a timely fashion

I was there for 3 hours, didn’t plan on that.
Found when I asked after waiting for 2 hours that the service department was 2 hours behind. Seems like someone should have kept me informed on the status.

Got there at appt. Time of 1pm, for oil change and differential change. Took 4hours, didn't leave till 5pm.
