As an out-of-state Toyota owner, I was greeted and made to feel welcome.
Very happy with the service department , my vehicle was serviced and ready to go in less than an hour.
Wait time was long. My appointment was for 0745. Arrive at 0725 and do not leave until about 1140. Also I did not know the price would be $ 1,094 until I was to the register. I get notice on my phone but I ignored the notice because I want staff to talk to me. Your dealership service is expensive and the wait is long. I think you keep people long to charge more in workmanship. I hate to say when my boys was looking for car I did recommend you.

I would have liked to find out what were the points that were inspected. I wanted to talk to someone about the car. Instead I was just rushed through. There was no one to ask any questions of.The girl who processed my case did not know anything.

It was terrible very bad experience
1-The one who checked me in was so bad and unprofessional
2- I found the glove box was left open and all my personal stuff of that gloves box thrown on the dashboard when I received back my car
3- I was waiting for almost 2 hours just for oil change and no one came to update me and it was not Saturday and there was not a lot of customers when I checked in although I made appointment before I checked in
It was a terrible experience
4- I hope my car didn’t get worse before I took it to the shop

Mr Curtis took care of me as soon as I arrived. It took only 35 minutes for my car to be serviced, which was great. I'm visiting from Las Vegas and the Toyota dealerships their have customers stacked on top of each other and it takes no less than an hour to get routine maintenance completed. My average wait time at the dealerships was usually 90 minutes to 2.5 hours. I was usually waiting for a setvice tech to finish with 2-3 customers ahead of me. So I really appreciate the efficiency of this service department. Thanks Chris!
