My last experience at Germain was bad, and , perhaps, not entirely your fault. It is on your records, but way too many hours of waiting - two weeks in a row. It was a brake issue, and there was also an issue with getting parts. Then, my bill was more than was told beforehand. This was settled, because I brought it up and your team handled it correctly. I should not have had to bring that up.
Today was a breeze. Thank you.
We over heard the team complaining about the late 5 pm appointment with expected same-day pick-up. It was an honest mistake on my part due to some life challenges I am currently experiencing. It would have been nice to be confident in the customer service that we received, and not feel like the overall attitude of the department us a facade.
Also. I would not like to be contacted, ad I will be bringing my vehicle back, and do not feel that further discussion us necessary. It was just an experience of unfavorable timing.
Germain has been the ONLY service drpartment that has worked on my Tacoma truck. Your work is exemplary! Continue the good work, and I will continue to support Germain Service.

Cody Rardin is extremely customer focused, personable and professional and I feel he always has me and my vehicle’s best interest in mind.
